Background
Crystal Lee Sheldon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, author, and mom who is passionate about helping children understand their feelings and build confidence. She has been a therapist since 2014 and is the co-founder of a mental health agency in Las Vegas, where she supports kids and families as they navigate life’s challenges and celebrate their growth.
Writing Inspiration
Crystal’s experience as both a therapist and a mom inspired her to start writing stories for her son. She created little adventures that helped him work through big emotions. Seeing how much those stories resonated with him sparked something in her, and she realized she wanted to share that same comfort and connection with other families too.
Storytelling Style
Crystal writes playful, meaningful stories that make kids laugh, think, and feel seen. Her goal is to create books that parents love to read aloud, stories that help children find their courage, understand their hearts, and carry those lessons long after the story ends.
